This policy informs data subjects about the processing of personal data by TXD IT Solutions S.R.L. through the website https://txd.md, under Law No. 195 of 25 July 2024 of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection.

When the contact form is used, Google reCAPTCHA processes the data required to verify the request, under its own policy.

4.1. Review of requests submitted by form, email or telephone, and communication of the reply.

The data are accessible to authorised staff of the controller.

- the email service provider, Microsoft;
- Google, for reCAPTCHA, Google Maps and Google Fonts, to the extent those services are used on the website;
- public authorities, where disclosure is required by law.
6. Storage period
Contact-request data are kept for no more than 12 months from the last relevant communication. Where the request results in a contract, the data required for its performance and records are kept for the period required by law and by the contract.
Technical data in access logs are kept for the period required for the operation and security of the website.
When the period expires, the data are erased or anonymised.
7. Transfers
The website is hosted in the Republic of Moldova.
Processing through Microsoft 365 and the Google services used on the website may involve a transfer of data outside the Republic of Moldova, with the safeguards required by Law No. 195/2024.
8. Security of processing
The controller applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including communication over HTTPS and restriction of access to the data.
9. Whether the data are required
To submit the form, the name, email address, reCAPTCHA verification and consent are required. Without them, the request cannot be recorded.
10. Rights of the data subject
Under Law No. 195/2024, the data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, where the legal conditions are met, and the right to withdraw consent.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection, https://datepersonale.md.
11. Exercise of rights
Requests are sent to [email protected]. The controller replies within the period provided by law, as a rule within one month of receipt.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy is updated when the processing or the legal framework changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
